NI Timberframes was operating in a Northern Ireland market where self builders and commercial contractors increasingly want timber frame for its speed and sustainability advantages, but where many prospects still associate timber with kit homes or low specification builds rather than the engineered, audited, NHBC compatible product that NI Timberframes actually delivers. Without a website that surfaces the factory production, the ISO 9001 audit, and the STA Assure Gold accreditation, the brand was being benchmarked against lower tier competitors.

NI Timberframes needed a website that communicates manufacturing capacity through factory floor imagery, surfaces ISO 9001 and STA Assure Gold accreditations as decisive trust signals, and walks both private self builders and commercial buyers through a clear consultation, design and manufacture, erect and complete journey without forcing one audience to filter content meant for the other.

Pain Points
