Legacy Companies LLC, Wisconsin Mental Health Mentoring Landing Page Design WordPress Example

A Western Wisconsin family owned mental health mentoring service needed a landing page that introduces twelve named team members as the central trust signal, frames the hobby farm as therapeutic, and routes referrals to founders.

Legacy Companies LLC is a Western Wisconsin (Eau Claire area) family owned community services company providing mental health and substance use mentoring, training, and coaching to individuals across rural Wisconsin counties (Eau Claire, Trempealeau, Chippewa). Founded by Kristin and Andrew Evenson, the practice operates a multi disciplinary team including school counselors, licensed clinical social workers, licensed practical nurses, fine arts and human development graduates, and an animal assisted hobby farm with alpacas and chickens. The example landing page build had to handle a sensitive referral audience (county case workers, school referral coordinators, family members of clients) without making the brand feel either too clinical or too crunchy granola, while surfacing twelve named team members as the central trust signal and framing the hobby farm setting as a genuine therapeutic asset rather than a quirky decoration.

Client

Legacy Companies LLC is a Western Wisconsin family owned community services company providing mental health and substance use mentoring, training, and coaching to individuals across the Eau Claire, Trempealeau, and Chippewa county region, with an animal assisted hobby farm setting and a multi disciplinary clinical and education credentialed team.

Context

Legacy Companies LLC was operating in a Wisconsin community mental health and substance use service landscape where county case workers, school referral coordinators, and family members typically choose providers from a short trusted list rather than searching cold, and where the actual differentiator (the multi disciplinary team with both clinical and education backgrounds, plus the hobby farm setting) is the kind of thing that needs to be shown rather than claimed. Without a landing page that introduces every named team member and shows the farm visually, Legacy was being filtered alongside larger institutional providers with weaker individual practitioner depth.

Problem Statement

Legacy Companies LLC needed a landing page example that introduces twelve named team members with their credentials, prior careers, and personal voice (rather than generic staff photos), frames the hobby farm setting as a therapeutic asset with alpacas and chickens shown in a visual gallery, surfaces founders Kristin and Andrew Evenson’s named direct contact for referrals, anchors the four operating values (compassionate support, integrity and trust, collaboration for growth, family centered approach), and routes county case workers, school referral coordinators, and family members through the same single contact funnel without making any audience feel secondary.

Pain Points

  • County case workers, school referral coordinators, and family members typically choose mental health and substance use providers from a short trusted list rather than searching cold, so the landing page has to introduce twelve named credentialed team members with real depth, not generic staff photos, because the practitioner relationship IS the differentiator.
  • The hobby farm setting with alpacas and chickens is a genuine therapeutic asset for clients with mental health and emotion regulation goals, but it sits on a knife edge between looking quirky and looking clinical, so the gallery has to frame the farm as part of the service rather than decoration.
  • The navigation menu currently contains broken links pointing to a Bluehost staging subdomain (tym.yoh.mybluehost.me), which is the kind of unfinished detail that referral source decision makers notice immediately and treat as a competence signal, so cleanup is a publishing blocker rather than a cosmetic improvement.

Elite IT Solutions delivered a landing page example that opens with the brand promise (family owned and operated, comprehensive community services to individuals in Western Wisconsin) and a Get Started CTA. A vision block frames the long term goal (strong vibrant communities where every individual has the opportunity to thrive, particularly those facing mental health and substance use challenges). A mission block names the specific service areas (problem solving, conflict resolution, interpersonal skills, emotion regulation, daily living skills). A four values block surfaces compassionate support, integrity and trust, collaboration for growth, and family centered approach. An Our Team block introduces twelve named team members (Breanna, Cody, Heather, Sarah, Kylah, Susan E., Tabitha, Tim, Traci, Brandon, Meaghan, Talitha) with credentials, career arcs, and personal voice in expandable cards. An Our Hobby Farm gallery shows alpacas, chickens, and the farm setting as a therapeutic asset. The contact section surfaces Kristin and Andrew Evenson directly with three referral email addresses (referrals@, kristin@, andy@) and a single Wisconsin phone number. The navigation has broken links pointing to a Bluehost staging subdomain (tym.yoh.mybluehost.me) that must be cleaned up before publish.

Legacy Companies LLC has a landing page example that introduces twelve named team members as the central trust signal for referral source decision makers, frames the hobby farm setting as a therapeutic asset rather than quirky decoration, surfaces founders Kristin and Andrew Evenson’s direct contact for referrals, and routes county case workers, school referral coordinators, and family members through the same trusted contact funnel.
