A dignified WordPress site for a Dubai sport for social good advisor, presenting decades of work across Premier League clubs, global NGOs, and government, with a calm voice and values led structure for her practice.
Rebecca Dance-Shuker is a Dubai based sport for social good advisor with over twenty five years of work at the intersection of sport, physical activity, sustainability, and social impact. Her career has spanned Premier League clubs, global NGOs (including launching and leading Laureus Sport for Good’s Asia Pacific office), government roles (CEO of a UK disability rights charity post London 2012, advisor to the British Chamber of Commerce and Consulate on sport and social impact policy, chair of the Social Sustainability Committee for the Hong Kong CEO’s policy address from 2020 through 2023), and corporate partnerships (UBS, AIA, Cathay, and high net worth individuals; legacy programmes for the Hong Kong Sevens and Inter Miami FC’s Asia tour). Today her work focuses on advisory, mentoring, and speaking for organisations and individuals who see sport as more than entertainment. Elite IT Solutions designed and built a calm WordPress site that presents her perspective, journey, values, and focus areas with the dignity her body of work deserves.
Rebecca Dance-Shuker, a Dubai based sport for social good advisor with twenty five years of work across Premier League clubs, global NGOs, government, and corporate partnerships, now focused on advisory, mentoring, and speaking through her own practice.
Sport for social good advisory operates at the intersection of C suite, board, government, and third sector audiences. Each audience expects the same calm, evidence forward posture but reads the website with a different lens. The site had to present a long career credibly without lapsing into a list of logos, anchor the practice in a clear values statement, and route prospective clients, mentees, and event organisers to the right path without crowding the brand voice.
A twenty five year career spanning Premier League clubs, Laureus Sport for Good, government policy work, and global corporate partnerships could easily become a name dropping CV page. The site had to instead frame the work as a values led practice, with Rebecca’s perspective at the front and the career as supporting evidence.
Elite IT Solutions delivered a WordPress site that opens with a single statement of practice (‘Building Legacy Through Sport’) and a short positioning line about empowering organisations and communities. A perspective block presents Rebecca’s voice in her own words, framing sport as a platform for identity, opportunity, access, and belonging, and committing to building with people rather than for them. A My Journey block presents her career across four labelled chapters (Global Experience, Partnerships, Government, Strategy Success) so the depth of the work is visible without becoming a CV dump. A Values grid surfaces four anchors: purpose with legacy and impact, empowerment through mentorship, community led transformation, and unlocking corporate purpose. A Focus block lists the work areas she takes on (legacy planning for major events and facilities, ESG and CSR integration, grassroots and inclusion programmes, federation and non profit governance, mentoring next generation leaders, connecting people in sport for wider societal benefit). A Speaking and Media block surfaces the topics she speaks on and the formats she is available for. A contact section closes the page with her direct email, Dubai phone number, Meydan Grandstand address, and a contact form.
Rebecca Dance-Shuker now has a WordPress case study site that frames her practice as a values led body of work rather than a CV. Her own perspective leads the page, the career evidence supports it across four chapters, and the values, focus, and speaking sections give different audiences (C suite, board, government, third sector, event organisers, mentees) a clear path through. The Dubai contact details close the journey cleanly.
