I Will Never Give Up is the keynote speaking and coaching platform of Derek Clark, a trauma survivor and foster care alumnus who has built a nationally recognized speaking career from the authenticity and depth of his personal experience. Derek speaks at education conferences, mental health conferences, foster care and child welfare events, juvenile justice conferences, child abuse prevention events, early childhood education events, and corporate leadership events on topics spanning trauma-informed care, ACEs, resilience, foster care, and empowering youth in difficult circumstances. He also coaches individuals privately. The speaking website must serve multiple distinct conference organizer audiences while maintaining the personal and authentic voice that gives Derek’s presentations their impact. Elite IT Solutions was engaged to design a WordPress website that achieved both.

Derek Clark was operating as a nationally recognized keynote speaker in a competitive professional speaking market, serving conference organizers across education, mental health, foster care, juvenile justice, and corporate sectors, but was doing so in a market where event decision-makers evaluating speaker options online make rapid trust judgments based on the professionalism of the speaker’s digital presence, the clarity of their topic focus, and the evidence of conference-specific experience.

Problem Statement

Without a WordPress website that clearly communicated Derek Clark’s conference-specific speaking topics, presented the authentic lived-experience credentials that make his work uniquely powerful, and gave event organizers in multiple conference categories a direct and efficient pathway to evaluate fit and initiate a booking conversation, I Will Never Give Up could not convert its national speaker profile into the volume of bookings the platform deserved.
