A clear, conversion-focused WordPress landing page for Jacksonville’s only fully turn-key shared commercial kitchen built to attract chefs, bakers, caterers, and food truck operators with transparent pricing and a vetting-led membership model.
The Collective Kitchen is Jacksonville, Florida’s only fully turn-key shared commercial kitchen, offering hourly rental access to chefs, bakers, caterers, and food truck operators looking to scale without the overhead of a private kitchen. The facility is equipped with professional-grade equipment, commercial ovens, char-broilers, griddles, prep tables, and ranges, along with 24/7 access, temperature-controlled storage, dry and cold storage, and WiFi. The kitchen is DBPR and Department of Agriculture approved for food truck commissary use. Pricing scales with usage volume, from $30/hour for 10+ hours per month to $20/hour for 40+ hours, with a $300 monthly minimum. The Collective Kitchen uses an interview process to vet members and also offers business consulting, marketing assistance, and bulk purchasing support.
Elite IT Solutions designed and built a single-scroll WordPress landing page that presents the facility clearly, communicates pricing transparently, and routes qualified food entrepreneurs to a direct contact form.
The Collective Kitchen is a Jacksonville, Florida shared commercial kitchen offering hourly rental to food entrepreneurs at various stages of business development.
In a market where food entrepreneurs are making high-stakes decisions about their production kitchen, a decision that affects their licensing, health compliance, and operating costs, The Collective Kitchen needed a website that communicated its full facility capability, pricing transparency, and member vetting process in a way that qualified serious candidates before they inquired.
Without a landing page that presented the facility, equipment, pricing tiers, and membership process with full transparency, The Collective Kitchen was receiving unqualified inquiries that consumed time and was failing to attract the caliber of food entrepreneur the facility and vetting process were designed to support.
We built a single-scroll WordPress landing page that opens with The Collective Kitchen’s clear market position: “Jacksonville’s only fully turn-key shared commercial kitchen.” A Who We Are section explains the facility’s purpose, member types, and the dual value of professional equipment access and community support.
A Mission Statement section articulates the kitchen’s commitment to creativity, collaboration, safety, and business development support. The Pricing section presents a clear six-tier table from the $300 monthly minimum through to $20/hour for 40+ hours, with the per-employee addition rate noted transparently. A Features section uses icons to present the facility’s six headline attributes: 24/7 Access, Teaching Kitchen, Demo Kitchen, Temperature Control, Parking, and WiFi. Additional Services covers Dry Storage, Cold Storage and Business Consulting. An Equipment section lists all major equipment items. Accepted Business Stages, New (1st year), Existing (3–5 years), Part-time, set expectations for enquirers. An “Our Clients” section showcases member brands, including The Nestling Collective and Sip Happens.
The Collective Kitchen now has a landing page that communicates the full value of the facility while pre-qualifying enquirers through transparent pricing, equipment listing, and accepted business stage information. Food entrepreneurs arrive at the contact form already understanding what membership costs, what equipment is available, and that a vetting interview is part of the process, making the initial consultation more productive for both parties and elevating the quality of the member pipeline.
