Tri-Leader — WordPress Website Design for a US Leadership Book, Coaching Programme & Author Platform

A results-driven WordPress website for Decha Brooks and the Tri-Leader philosophy, built to sell a leadership book, promote coaching programs and establish the brand as the go-to framework for practical, people-first leadership.

Timeline: 1-month project

Tri-Leader is a US-based leadership brand built on a framework developed by Decha Brooks, a seasoned executive with nearly 20 years of experience across sports, entertainment, retail, media, e-commerce, and healthcare, including senior and C-level roles at the Dallas Cowboys. The Tri-Leader philosophy holds that effective leaders must simultaneously embody three roles: the Coach (who drives performance), the Cheerleader (who builds morale and recognition), and the Teammate (who creates trust and alignment). The brand sells a leadership book available via PayPal, offers two programmes (The Huddle webinar and The Training Camp on-site development), and provides a free one-page Tri-Leader Guide as a lead magnet.

Elite IT Solutions designed and built a multi-page WordPress website that presents the Tri-Leader brand with the authority of Decha’s corporate experience, routes visitors to buy the book or enroll in a program and grows the brand’s email list through the free guide download.

Client/Context

Tri-Leader is a US leadership development brand launched by executive coach and author Decha Brooks.

Entering a crowded US leadership development market, Tri-Leader needed a website that could differentiate Decha’s framework as practical and immediately applicable, not another theory-heavy leadership model, while building enough credibility to drive book sales and program enrollment from cold traffic.

Problem Statement

Without a website that conveyed both Decha’s executive credentials and the simplicity and practicality of the Tri-Leader framework, the brand was unable to compete for attention with established leadership authors and coaches in the US market.

Key Pain Points

  • A novel leadership framework needed to be explained clearly and compellingly to visitors who had never encountered the Coach-Cheerleader-Teammate model before
  • Multiple products, a book, two programs and a free guide required distinct pages and conversion pathways within a single brand site.
  • Decha’s corporate experience (including the Dallas Cowboys) was the most compelling credibility signal and needed prominent placement to establish authority quickly

We built a multi-page WordPress website that opens with the Tri-Leader brand statement, ‘The Coach, The Cheerleader, The Teammate,’ immediately followed by the core value proposition: a game-changing leadership concept that is practical, effective, and built for busy leaders. A primary CTA routes visitors to purchase the book via PayPal.

An About the Book section describes the playbook and its real-world examples and actionable strategies. A Become a Tri-Leader section separates the two programme pathways, The Huddle (webinar registration) and The Training Camp (on-site leadership development contact). The free Tri-Leader Guide pop-up serves as an email capture tool, a one-page framework overview that gives prospects an immediate taste of the methodology.

The About Decha section prominently features her Dallas Cowboys and C-level experience, giving the framework genuine authority behind it. The Testimonials page surfaces three professional quotes from a VP of Operations, a Director of Marketing, and a Regional Sales Manager, covering the three most relevant roles in Tri-Leader’s corporate buyer audience.

Tri-Leader now has a professional website that positions Decha Brooks and her framework credibly in the US leadership development market. The book has a clear purchase pathway, both programmes have their own conversion routes, and the free guide generates email subscribers from visitors who are not yet ready to buy. The Dallas Cowboys credential and three professional testimonials give the brand the authority signals that corporate buyers need before committing to leadership training investment.
