Bromac Reliability is a Colorado and Wyoming market specialist in fuel quality and fuel system preventative maintenance, partnered with Performance Fuel Specialists to deliver diesel and gasoline additives, fuel polishing systems, and a bestseller WooCommerce ecommerce flow covering four product lines (Arctic Xtreme, Gas Plus, Lead Plus, Power Plus) plus tools and Xtreme marine. The example build needs to handle two buyer types simultaneously, the fleet operator who is buying in bulk five gallon buckets and treating bulk tanks, and the daily commuter buying twelve ounce bottles for individual vehicles, without making either feel like the secondary audience.

Context

Bromac Reliability was operating in a market where fleet operators understand the cost of dirty fuel intuitively (failed injectors, gelling events, DPF regen cycles) but rarely act on it until a costly failure forces the conversation, and where daily commuters typically do not even know fuel additives exist as a category. Without an example site that educates both audiences and bundles the fuel polishing service into the additive purchase, Bromac was selling product by product instead of selling a fuel care system, leaving recurring revenue on the table.

Problem Statement

Bromac Reliability needed an ecommerce example site that opens with a problem first hero (five micron injector blockage, twelve percent efficiency loss), routes fleet operators and individual commuters into peer ecommerce flows without making either feel secondary, presents four product lines plus tools and marine through a WooCommerce bestseller block, and bundles the fuel polishing service into the additive value proposition as a recurring care system rather than a one time service.

Pain Points

  • Fleet operators understand the cost of dirty fuel intuitively but rarely act on it until a costly failure forces the conversation, so the homepage has to land the cost of inaction (injector failure, gelling events, DPF regen cycles) before the visitor sees a product.
