Peak Athletic Recruiting, NCAA College Athletics Recruiting Consulting Website Design WordPress Portfolio

A founder led WordPress site for an NCAA recruiting consultancy guiding student athletes through the college athletics journey, with four subscription packages, a ten month curriculum, and a calm informational tone throughout.

Peak Athletic Recruiting is a founder led consultancy that guides high school student athletes through the NCAA recruiting process. The brand was founded by Cedric Pereira, a former NCAA soccer player at Eckerd College who transferred to the University of Central Florida, drawing on his own experience as a first generation college student athlete navigating the process without a guide. The service is built around a ten month curriculum tailored to each grade level from ninth through twelfth, with monthly video modules, monthly syllabuses, personalised assistance, athlete marketing to college coaches, document review, eligibility centre support, and live one to one assistance. Four subscription packages are surfaced openly on the page, from an individual student athlete plan through team, unit, and programme tiers for schools and clubs. Elite IT Solutions designed and built a calm WordPress site that introduces the founder, the curriculum, the support categories, the topic library, and the package tiers in a single coherent scroll.

Client

Peak Athletic Recruiting, a US based NCAA recruiting and college athletics consulting business led by founder Cedric Pereira, serving high school student athletes from ninth through twelfth grade with a structured ten month curriculum and four subscription package tiers.

Context

NCAA recruiting consulting sits in a noisy market where competitors lean heavily on outcome claims and high pressure enrolment tactics. Peak Athletic Recruiting operates differently: the founder built the service because no one helped him through the same journey, and the brand voice mirrors that quiet, helpful posture. The site needed to read calm and informative, surface real curriculum detail and package pricing openly, and route individual families alongside school and club programme buyers from the same landing page.

Problem Statement

An NCAA recruiting consultancy with both individual and programme tier customers cannot lean on a single audience narrative. The site had to present the founder story, the curriculum and support library, and the four package tiers side by side, with transparent pricing and a calm tone that respects the family or school making the decision.

Pain Points

  • The brand serves two distinct buying audiences (individual families and school or club programme buyers) from the same landing page, with both needing open pricing.
  • The founder built the service because no one helped him through the same journey, so the brand voice has to mirror that quiet helpful posture rather than hard sell language.
  • A ten month curriculum, nine support categories, and a long topic list have to be legible on a single scroll without overwhelming the parent or programme buyer.

Elite IT Solutions delivered a WordPress site that presents the consultancy’s full scope on a single primary scroll with dedicated pages for About and Packages. The hero opens with the brand line (‘We are above PAR when it comes to NCAA consulting’) and routes to the About page and the Packages page. A mission block sets out the founder’s intent to empower student athletes with the guidance he did not have. An About panel introduces Cedric Pereira’s NCAA soccer path through Eckerd College and UCF, surfacing the first generation college student context as a credibility anchor. An NCAA Recruiting Program section explains the ten month curriculum design, the monthly video modules, and the monthly syllabuses. A Guidance and Support grid presents nine support categories: personalised assistance, guidance, resources, university placement, eligibility support, step by step journey assistance, live support, talent management, athlete marketing, and document review. A Curriculum Topics tile block lists the topics covered, from sports resume building through NIL deals and official versus unofficial visits. The Prices and Packages block surfaces all four tiers (Individual at monthly subscription, Team, Unit, and Programme) with open pricing. The site closes with contact details and social anchors.

Peak Athletic Recruiting now has a WordPress site that presents the founder story, the curriculum, the support library, the topic catalogue, and the four package tiers in a single coherent scroll, with dedicated About and Packages pages for visitors who want more depth. The brand voice stays calm and informational throughout, with open pricing and no high pressure enrolment patterns. Individual families and school or club programme buyers can both find their relevant path without one audience crowding the other.
