Brave New Face is the brand of licensed esthetician Nadine Dorsainvil, offering esthetician-formulated skincare products alongside clinical and holistic in-person services — from microneedling, dermaplaning, and chemical peels to facial sculpting massage and foot reflexology. The brand also runs video consultations for personalised product recommendations.

Elite IT Solutions designed and built a WordPress + WooCommerce site that handles three revenue streams from one cohesive brand experience: product sales, in-person service bookings, and paid consultations. Categories span cleansers, exfoliants, toners, moisturizers, kits, and merch — with a skincare quiz helping new customers find the right starting point.

The site leads with Nadine’s personal story — her own experience with acne, the esthetician who finally helped her, her leap into esthetics school. That honesty anchors every conversion path, from shopping the store to booking a “face date” video consultation.

The challenge was making each revenue path feel distinct without splitting the brand.

We delivered a WordPress + WooCommerce site that treats each revenue stream as its own clean pathway. The homepage opens with three anchored sections — shop skincare, book a service, book a face date (video consultation) — each with its own distinct CTA.

The store is organised into clear product categories (cleansers, exfoliants, toners, moisturizers, kits, merch) with a Skin Type Quiz for new customers who need guidance. The in-person services section integrates with Appointy booking for microneedling, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and holistic options. Nadine’s personal About section, a skincare blog, and a clear cancellation policy round out the trust-building infrastructure.

The WooCommerce build is fully responsive, integrates with the brand’s Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube for social proof, and is structured to grow as Nadine launches new product kits or service bundles.
